Care seekers have free access to the Marketplace and can view the basic details of all caregivers (initial profile preview). For more detailed information and direct contact, paid packages are available.
Visibility Packages – View Extended Profile Data
With a Visibility Package, you gain access to additional information in all caregiver profiles, including:
Details of education and qualifications
Specializations and readiness to work
Willingness to travel, around-the-clock care, smoker status, additional services

The package applies to all visible profiles on the platform for the duration of the term.

If you wish to get in touch directly with a specific caregiver, you can unlock their full contact details.
One-time fee per caregiver: € 199.00 (incl. VAT)
Unlocked Content:
Caregiver’s e-mail address and phone number
Uploaded résumé/CV (if available)
Qualification certificates and proof of credentials
This unlock applies only to the selected profile. No further fees.
Payment and Processing
Payment is made securely and directly via PayPal.
Purchased services are activated immediately upon receipt of payment.
These are one-off purchases with no automatic renewal.
Legal Notice
All prices include statutory value-added tax.
By confirming your booking, you agree that the service begins before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. In doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) BGB.
